You pick up to 3 contractors and we will conduct a full indepth investigation including insurance verification, credit check, experience  and provide a payment schedule for the renovations process. We also offer the option to have staged inspections done periodically through the process to ensure the contractor is providing the highest quality workmanship and materials for the job.
